Shipping policy

My ordering deadline for the week is Sunday and I ship out every Friday. We use USPS Priority or UPS ground services for larger orders. We do our best to mitigate the risk of shipping around the country, but unfortunately, there are some things outside of our control like the weather & transit delays once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier. The shipping guidelines published on this website are not a guarantee of a shipping or arrival date.

We are not responsible for delays in transit caused by carrier high package volume, weather, carrier mis-scans, or inaccurate shipping information. We do not require a signature for the release of any shipment and are not responsible for stolen, misdelivered, or missing packages.

We have no problem trying to help address any shipping problems by contacting the postal service, so feel free to ask for help.
